The Kavkom telephone system provides total visibility and control in real time, with double listening, coaching, exchange with the correspondent without the employee hearing, and the possibility of participating in the conversation in conference mode.
Go to Phone Park
To access it, click on “Phone park” in the top menu.

Tools
- Automatic refresh (check to activate real time) and Show active workstations only or all workstations even if inactive.
- Display workstations for users in one or more groups (see“User groups”).

Postal labels
Here is the information displayed on the thumbnail of a station:
- User information (name and extension number)
- Call direction (incoming, outgoing, local)
- Call duration
- Correspondent identification (telephone or extension number)
- Supervisory actions (see below)

Supervisory actions
Open your Webphone or Kavkom Phone application. If you don’t have a Kavkom line, you can get one free of charge to take advantage of the supervision features, by contacting our technical support.
To listen to the call discreetly, click on the “headset” icon, and you’ll receive a call to pick up to listen to the call.

Then press :
- 1 to speak with the correspondent without your agent hearing
- 2 to blow and speak to the agent without the caller hearing
- 3 to take part in the exchange in conference mode
- 0 to return to discrete listening
On the thumbnail, you can also end the call by clicking on the crossed-out o icon.

Hang up to disconnect the supervision connection.
