Statistics by issue

Find statistics on calls received via your various numbers, including your verified multipurpose numbers, to analyze the number of calls, their duration, and average waiting time.

Access number statistics

To access it, click on the PBX icon (1), then on “Statistics” (2).

In the statistics menu, click on the “Statistics by number” section.

Interface presentation

Here are the different sections of the number statistics interface, which we will now explore in detail:

  1. Filters
  2. Indicators
  3. Graph of number of calls
  4. Table of different numbers

Filters

Filters by extension (1) and date (2) make your search easier. Click on “Apply” to display the data corresponding to the filter parameters.

Indicators

Here are the different indicators:

  1. Total calls: number of calls received
  2. Total duration: Total duration of calls received
  3. Average waiting time

Table of numbers

In this table, you have an overview of all your numbers. Here is the information and possible actions:

  1. Number name (to set this up, see“Setting up your numbers“).
  2. Phone number
  3. Total calls received
  4. Number of missed calls: click to view caller numbers, date and time, duration, and status (voicemail, abandoned).
  5. Duration of calls received
  6. Average number waiting time
  7. Actions: click to see detailed issue statistics.
