You can create, view and personalize voicemail messages by dialing *97 from the corresponding extension or from the online interface.
To access the “Voicemail” interface, click on the PBX icon (1) and then on “Application” (2).

Then click on the “Voicemail” area.

This is the voice mail management interface:
- Add a voice mailbox
- View list and listen to voice messages
- Personalize voicemail announcements
- Modify parameters
- Delete voicemail

Add or modify a voice mailbox
By default, the creation of an extension (telephone extension) automatically creates an associated voice mailbox. However, you have the option of creating independent voicemail accounts that you can use, for example, as a common mailbox, or as a destination after a ring group.
To create a new voicemail, click on “Add a voicemail” (1) and to modify the settings of an existing voicemail click on the edit icon in the “Actions” column (4).
Then enter :
- Mailbox identifier (for default mailboxes, the identifier is that of the extension)
- Voice mail access password from a telephone extension
- If desired, enter the email address to which you wish to receive notifications and a copy of voice messages.
- Brief description
- Activate/deactivate messaging
- Create or save changes.

Customized ads
You can record an announcement by accessing the messaging system from the corresponding extension by dialing *97 and then the access code, or by uploading a .wav file from this interface. To do this, click on the “Voice mail announcement” button corresponding to the mailbox you wish to personalize, then on “Choose file” to select the file on your computer:

Select the file and click on “Download”:

The file is then imported, visible in the list and activated as a messaging announcement:

Listen to voice messages
You can listen to voicemail messages by accessing the voicemail system from the corresponding extension by dialing *97 followed by the access code, from the call log and recordings or from this management interface.
Click on the “Voicemail” button to access the list of messages:
