Integrating Kavkom in Google Chrome

The Kavkom Click-to-Call extension for Chrome lets you dial phone numbers with a single click, and get a notification of an incoming call that lets you pick up the call from your browser.

All phone numbers displayed on your web pages become clickable to call without having to dial them manually! This feature is available on all sites, including CRM, messaging, e-mail, management platforms, directories…

Install the Click-to-Call Google Chrome Extension

To install the extension, go to the Chrome Web Store by clicking here. Once the web page is open, click on “Add to Chrome” and then on “Add extension”.

Open extension

Once installed, the extension appears in the top right-hand corner of the browser. Click on the icon to open the login window.

Login to your Kavkom account

Log in with your Kavkom account details.

Connect to the Kavkom click-to-call extension for Google Chrome

Use Click-to-Call on Chrome

Once installed and pinned, the Kavkom extension for Google Chrome can be accessed from the top right-hand corner of the browser. You can access the various options, and enable or disable click-to-call.

To use it, you need to be connected to your Kavkom Phone or WebPhone, have an IP phone or softphone activated and click on the icons next to the phone numbers.

Use the Kavkom Click2Call extension on Google Chrome

If the “Click2Call automatic” option is activated in the Kavkom Phone and WebPhone applications, dialing is immediate. Otherwise, you receive a call to pick up to start dialing.
