The Kavkom Click-to-Call extension for Chrome lets you dial phone numbers with a single click, receive in-browser notifications, and have visibility of calls in progress, recent activity and caller ID.
All the phone numbers displayed on your web pages become clickable to call without having to dial them manually! This functionality is available on all sites, such as CRM, messaging, e-mail, management platforms, directories…
Install the Click-to-Call Google Chrome extension
To install the extension, go to the Chrome Web Store by clicking here. Once the web page is open, click on “Add to Chrome” and then on “Add extension”.

Open extension
Once installed, the extension appears in the top right-hand corner of the browser. Click on the icon to open the sidebar.

Login to your Kavkom account
Log in with your Kavkom account information.

Using Click-to-Call on Chrome
Once installed, the Kavkom extension on Google Chrome is accessible in the top right-hand corner of the browser, in the extensions menu. If you pin the extension, you can easily open the extension’s sidebar.
To use it, you need to be connected to your Kavkom Phone or WebPhone, and have an IP phone or softphone activated. Click on the icons next to the phone numbers, and you’ll receive a call to pick up to start the call.

You can also select the phone number, then right-click and select “Call” from the context menu.

Parameters
Once logged in, you’ll be taken directly to the “Activity” tab. Then go to the “Settings” tab, where you’ll find the following options:
CRM integration :
- Search for CRM leads on call activity: Search for the phone numbers of contacts in the CRM database whose integration is activated, in order to display their information during a call activity.
Notifications :
- Enable browser notifications
- Activate incoming call notifications
- Enable click-to-call status notifications: indicates whether the click request has succeeded or failed.
Click to call :
- Click to call feature enabled
- Highlight speed dial button next to phone numbers: if disabled,
- Ignore (0) in phone numbers: for numbers starting with +33(0).
