Understanding tags

Tags allow you to categorize your prospects according to a criterion or qualification.

In particular, you can use them to distinguish prospects within the same module, and find them again easily using filters.

For example, if you have (1) modules by business sector, you can add (2) tags to distinguish prospect status within modules.

Creating tags

Go to CRM “Settings”.

Once in the settings, go to the “Tags” section.

Once in the “Tags” section, click on “Add a tag” and then :

  1. Enter name
  2. Select the color to be used when displaying the tag in the interface
  3. Match the tag to a predictive dialer qualification if you use
  4. Determine if and which email template to send when applying a tag to a prospect
