Setting a tag


Understanding tags

Tags allow you to categorize your prospects according to a particular feature.

In particular, you can use them to distinguish prospects in the same module.

For example, if you have (1) modules by business sector, you can add (2) tags to distinguish the prospect’s status within the modules.

Tag creation

Go to CRM “Settings”.

Once in the settings, go to the “Tags” section.

Tags section

Once in the “Tags” section, click on “Add tag” and name it.

You can also choose a color and add a predictive disposition.
