Log in with an account that has campaign management rights.
Go to Campaigns (1) and click on the “Create a new campaign” button (2).

A window opens.
Existing settings (recommended)
The first campaign created with one of our agents corresponds to your subscription request. If your needs are the same, we advise you to use the same parameters as this one.
- Select an existing campaign.
- Click on load.
- If necessary, modify the campaign name and description.
- Click on “Save campaign.

New parameters
General
Enter the campaign name (1) and the number displayed (2), then click on “Limits” (3).

Limits
- You can set operating times by ticking “Limit call hours” and setting the times.
- You can limit the campaign to certain users by checking “Limit Users” and selecting the users.
- Then click on “Options”.

Options
- Call rate – number of numbers dialed simultaneously per available agent. For example, with a call rate of 5 per 10 agents, 5 x 10 = 50 numbers will be dialed.
- Agent waiting time – the minimum waiting time between two conversations.
- Contact order: order in which campaign contacts will be called.
- “Answering machine detection” prevents .
- “Record all Calls”.
Finish by clicking on the “Save Campaign” button.
