Instant messaging

Kavkom’s dialer features an instant messaging function that lets users chat with each other in real time. When you send a message to a user, their message window opens automatically.

Access to messaging

You can use the messaging system from the left sidebar by clicking on the “A” icon:

Or from the supervision area, with the option of opening a discussion with the corresponding user:

Messaging window

  1. List of connected users: a “+” is displayed when you have a message waiting to be read. Click on the user to open the discussion.
  2. Discussion with the selected user.
  3. Enlarge window: drag the cursor while holding down the left mouse button.

Operating details

  • Messaging is operational for about 30 seconds after logging on to the account.
  • Only connected agents are displayed in the list.
  • The window opens automatically when a message is received.
  • You can move the window by dragging it from the header.
  • Conversations are automatically deleted when you close the window and log out.
