It’s important to set the country, time zone, sender e-mail address and language of your domain when you create your account.
To access the domain settings :
- Go to “Advanced settings
- Then in the “Domain” tab.
Country
This information will mainly be used to apply a default country code.
Time zone
The time zone is used for the correct display of activity timestamps.
The configured e-mail address will be indicated as sender when you send e-mails from this domain and will be used for all users. Enter the e-mail address and click on “Configure SMTP server”.
Enter your e-mail address in the “Username” field, your password and your supplier’s server information.
Where can I find SMTP server information?
Here’s the SMTP server information for the main providers. If your provider isn’t listed, you can get in touch with your network manager or e-mail provider, who usually have a web page with all the information. You can, for example, search in your favorite search engine for “server smtp + the name of your e-mail provider”.

Make sure one of the “Second steps” options is active. If not, select and activate one of them.
Still in the “Two-step validation” menu, go to“Application passwords“.
Enter the name and click on “Create”.
Copy the generated password and use it as the password for Kavkom SMTP settings,

Warning
If the email is not entered, the source of your emails will be “Kavkom PBX kavkom@kavkom.com”.
If the SMTP server is not configured, emails sent may be displayed as spam and you will not be able to receive replies.
Email signature
This is the personalized signature that will appear at the end of emails sent.
Language
Select the default display language for your domain.
