With Kavkom’s Dialer, you can recycle contacts directly from the campaign manager. This feature allows you to erase the current qualification to re-launch calls to selected contacts without having to export and re-import them.
Please note :
Modifications made using the recycling tool are irreversible. As a precaution, you can export your prospect files. To find out how to export prospect files, please see the article“Exporting prospect lists“. If in doubt, please contact our support team.
To recycle contacts, go to the campaign manager by clicking on “Campaigns” (1) in the left-hand menu, then on the “recycle contacts” icon (2) of the desired campaign.
The Recycling Tool window opens.
- Select the type of recycling required:
– Move: move contacts to the campaign selected in zone 2
– Recycle: recontact contacts - If you want to move contacts, select the target campaign
- Choose the contacts to be moved or recycled:
– All contacts
– Wrong numbers
– Contacts according to their qualification by selecting them in “Select Disposition(s)”. - Select a date range
- Confirm by clicking on “Submit”.
Returning to the campaign manager, you can see that :
- If you have moved contacts to another campaign, their number has decreased.
- If you have recycled contacts, the number of remaining contacts has increased.
