When a contact is displayed in the “Contact View”, a user can program a reminder at a selected date and time.
Setting a reminder on the contact view
In the contact view, click on the “Schedule callback” button and on the desired callback type:
- In a few hours and select in how many hours
- Same time tomorrow
- One week from today at the same time
- Within a month
- In 3 months
- In six months’ time
- At a personalized date and time

Customized callback
You can choose the date and time of the reminder. In this case, click to select :
- The date
- The time
- The minute
- For a summary of the reminder time (depending on the time zone selected for the user account)
- Then save the callback by clicking on “Schredule Callback”.

Once the callback has been confirmed, it is saved and displayed in the contact’s history:

The reminder is then recorded and visible in the user’s contact list. When a reminder is due, the user receives a popup notification inviting him to visit his list:

The user can then go to his contact list by clicking on “View list” (1), apply the “Schreduled” filter (2), click on the “phone” icon (3) of the contact to call back (4).
