The information stored and linked to your phone numbers can be customized to your needs.
Add a data field for each data item you wish to store on our servers. This information will be displayed to users in the Contact View when they are online with a contact. You can then use this information during import/export.
Configuring data fields
To access data field configuration, click on the “Admin” icon at bottom left (1), then on the “Set Database Fields” button (2).

Customize data fields
- Show/hide the data field in the contact view.
- Show/hide data field during transfer.
- Delete data field.
If you delete a field you’ve already used in one of your active campaigns, you run the risk of distorting the statistics and even compromising those campaigns.
- Add a custom data field
Type the name of the data field to be added and click on the “Add field” button. The data field is added to the list on the left. Repeat the operation for each data field you wish to add. - Save changes.
