With Kavkom’s Dialer, you can recycle contacts directly from the campaign manager. This feature allows you to erase the current qualification to re-launch calls to selected contacts without having to export and re-import them. <\/p>\n\n

Please note <\/strong>:Modifications made using the recycling tool are irreversible. As a precaution, you can export your prospect files. To find out how to export prospect files, please see the article“Exporting prospect lists<\/a>“. If in doubt, please contact our support team. <\/p>\n\n

To recycle contacts, go to the campaign manager by clicking on “Campaigns” (1) in the left-hand menu, then on the “recycle contacts” icon (2) of the desired campaign.<\/p>\n\n

The Recycling Tool window opens.<\/p>\n\n

  1. Select the type of recycling required:– Move: move contacts to the campaign selected in zone 2– Recycle: recontact contacts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. If you want to move contacts, select the target campaign<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose the contacts to be moved or recycled:– All contacts– Wrong numbers– Contacts according to their qualification by selecting them in “Select Disposition(s)”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select a date range<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Confirm by clicking on “Submit”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Returning to the campaign manager, you can see that :<\/p>\n\n

    • If you have moved contacts to another campaign, their number has decreased.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
