Waiting &#8211; Waiting for a contact<br\/>b. Talking &#8211; Connected with a contact<br\/>c. Idle &#8211; Waiting for qualification<br\/>d. Disconnected &#8211; Disconnected from the campaign    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dialing numbers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"informations-du-contact\">Contact information<\/h2>\n\n<p>The contact information recorded when the file was imported is automatically displayed when the contact is connected to the user.
