in the left-hand menu.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agents<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>List of numbers in call<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agent names<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name of the campaign to which the agent is connected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number of the contact connected to the agent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agent status<br\/>&#8211; Waiting: waiting for a contact<br\/>&#8211; In communication: connected with the contact<br\/>&#8211; Qualification in progress: in progress<br\/>&#8211; Disconnected: disconnected from the campaign<br\/>&#8211; &#8211; Agent disconnected from the dialer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current status duration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click to listen discreetly live or on the webphone:<br\/>&#8211; Click on 1 to speak with the contact<br\/>&#8211;
