icon in the &#8220;Contact view&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding sound files<\/h2>\n\n<p>To configure recorded sounds for broadcast, go to the administration area (1), then click on the &#8220;speaker&#8221; to select a .wav file on your computer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record from phone: enter a phone number on which to receive a call for recording.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Play a recording during a call<\/h2>\n\n<p>When an agent is connected with a contact, simply click on the &#8220;Speaker&#8221; icon (1) and click on one of the broadcast modes according to the recording (2) :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wait for Beep: wait for the voicemail beep to play the recording<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Play &amp;
