Kavkom VoIP telephony services are compatible with several softphones, giving you the possibility of using telephony with the software that suits you best. Among these, MicroSIP is one of the most widely used and is fully compatible with our services. <\/p>\n\n

MicroSIP is a portable SIP softphone available for Microsoft Windows. It facilitates high-quality VoIP calls based on the open SIP protocol. MicroSIP belongs to the free and open source software category. <\/p>\n\n

Here’s how to install and configure it.<\/p>\n\n

Download and install MicroSIP<\/h3>\n\n

To download the application, go to the publisher’s website by clicking on the following link: Download MicroSIP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Once downloaded, install and launch the application.<\/p>\n\n

Add an account<\/h3>\n\n

Click on the icon at top right to open the menu.<\/p>\n\n

In the menu, click on “Add an account”.<\/p>\n\n

With the information provided by our teams, fill in the fields indicated :<\/p>\n\n

  2. The domain name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The password<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Voicemail number *97<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Then click on “Save”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    After saving, you can check that the settings are correct if “Available” appears in the bottom left-hand corner.<\/p>\n\n

    Deactivate account<\/h3>\n\n

    To deactivate an account in MicroSIP, access the menu and click on “Activate”.<\/p>\n\n

    Delete an account<\/h3>\n\n

    To delete an account from MicroSIP, open the menu and click on “Edit account”.<\/p>\n\n
