The Kavkom\u2019s integration into Zapier make you able to automate the flow of leads that will be incorporated into your CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to create a zap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First of all, you have to log in into your Zapier account or create your account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, you can create your zap, you just must click on “Create Zap”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Triggers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The triggers are an Zapier\u2019s mechanism that will begin an action. <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For <\/span>example:<\/span> If you <\/span>must<\/span> create a zap between Facebook (lead) and <\/span>Kavkom<\/span>, the trigger will be when a new lead is detected from Facebook.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to configure a trigger<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Trigger Event: You must choose what will be the event that will begin the action.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also set-up the Trigger Event, in this case, “New Lead” is set-up by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next step is about setup the Facebook account from where the leads will be redirected into your CRM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this is your first time or you need to connect another account, then click on this bu<\/span>t<\/span>ton.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next step is about to set up from which page you want to connect<\/span> and the forms<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All you must do now is to click “Continue” and  test your trigger!<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Actions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Type \u201c<\/span>Kavkom<\/span>\u201d into the search bar and choose it.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This step is about to set up the Action Event<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this example we about to create a new lead from Facebook into our <\/span>Kavkom\u2019s<\/span> CRM.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on “Create Lead” and then on “Continue”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, will choose with which account we want to connect.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this is the first time you must connect your <\/span>Kavkom\u2019s<\/span> account.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on \u201c+ Connect a new account\u201d and fill all the fields.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next step, where can you <\/span>find the required information?<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        You must give a name for this specific token and enable the required <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>permissions <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>and click on “Create<\/strong>“<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/p> <\/b><\/b><\/b><\/b><\/b><\/li>\n\n\n\n

      3. The <\/span><\/span>domain uuid<\/span><\/span><\/strong> is right here.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b><\/b>

        Advanced settings

        Final step, the assignation<\/strong> of a Tag<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Click on the “+” in the bottom on the action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        And back to set-up <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        One more time, choose \u201cKavkom\u201d, but this time click on \u201cassign tag\u201d into the Action Event.\"\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Choose your account, like for the first action, and then click on \u201cContinue\u201d.<\/span><\/span>

        The Lead Id<\/span><\/b> is the unique numerical identifier of this lead. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In Zapier, you will always see only one lead id, the last one.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        It will be the lead you just put in your CRM in the previous action (create lead).<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The Tag <\/span><\/b>will help you in the organisation of your CRM.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Now, we can click on \u201cContinue\u201d.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
