You can consult predictive call statistics on agents (time and qualifications) as well as campaign qualification statistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n

To access campaign statistics, click on “Campaigns” in the “Predictive Dialer” menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access detailed predictive dialer statistics, click on the Predictive Dialer icon and then on Statistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Predictive dialer agent’s statistics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can view and export agent statistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Summary of users statistics according to activated filters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Filters: Select criteria and click “Apply”.\r\nDate: select a date range\r\nCampaign: display statistics for the selected campaign\r\nDuration format: change the display of connection time\r\nUsers: display statistics for selected agents\r\nColumns: show or hide columns<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  4. Actions : Display statistics graph<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
