To access the Predictive live monitor, click on “Predictive dialer” in the menu bar, then on “Live monitor”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It consists of two sections: live statistics and live monitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Live statistics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The “Live statistics” section gives you a global view in the form of a real-time graph. It lets you quickly see the status of agents, active campaigns and calls. You can also view live dialed numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Live monitor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The “Live Monitor” section lets you monitor agents in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Name<\/strong>: of agent<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Active campaign<\/strong>: campaign to which the agent is connected<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Status<\/strong> :\r\n– waiting : waiting for a call\r\n– connected to contact: currently connected to a contact\r\n– talking : in conversation\r\n– idle: dispositioning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Phone number<\/strong>: phone number of the connected contact<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Time<\/strong>: duration of current status<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Actions<\/strong>: click to Listen, Coach or enter Conference.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    By clicking on the actions icon, you can listen, coach or enter conference mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To listen, click on the “Speaker” icon and then open the Webphone and :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
