The predictive Dialer panel is divided into 5 sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n We’ll now explore each of these sections in detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Note<\/strong>\r\nTo configure transfer and 3-way numbers, as well as sales pitches, go to the “Manage predictive users” article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This section only appears when the lead is registered in CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n (1) Events<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n (2) Attachment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n (3) Comments<\/strong>: add and retrieve comments for this lead<\/p>\n\n\n\n (4) Dialer Call History<\/strong> : Display calls made to this lead in predictive mode<\/p>\n\n\n\n (5) Call history<\/strong>: Display calls made to this lead in manual mode<\/p>\n\n\n\n (6) SMS<\/strong>: send and retrieve SMS messages for this lead<\/p>\n\n\n\n (7) Emails<\/strong>: send an email<\/p>\n\n\n\n This section allows you to retrieve lead information. To configure the data fields, go to the article “Setup predictive dialer”. There are two types of view, depending on whether the lead is registered in CRM or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can add and modify information in this section during or after the call by clicking on the “Update” button in the top right-hand corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Note<\/strong>\r\nYou cannot change the phone number from dialer panel.
