in the bottom right-hand corner.<\/p>\n\n<p>To create new fields, go to the article:<a href=\"https:\/\/help.kavkom.com\/en\/crm-en\/setting-custom-fields\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&#8220;Configuring custom fields<\/a>&#8221; .<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fonction-indicatif-automatique\">Automatic call sign<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"errorbox\"><strong>Attention<\/strong><br\/>The format of numbers imported into Kavkom must include the country code without the +, without the 0 and without spaces. Never choose to save your file in &#8220;CSV (Macintosh)&#8221;, as it will not be recognized. You can choose &#8220;CSV (semicolon separator)&#8221;, &#8220;CSV (DOS)&#8221; or &#8220;CSV&#8221;.   <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Encoding  <\/h3>\n\n<p>We recommend that you save your CSV files with UTF-8 encoding to display special characters correctly in CRM.  <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"infobox\"><strong>Note<\/strong><br\/>On most spreadsheet programs (Excel, Open Office, Numbers, Sheet) you can choose the encoding when you export or save (&#8220;save as&#8221;) your file in CSV format.  <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Phone number  <\/h3>\n\n<p>The format of numbers imported into Kavkom must include the country code without the +, without the 0 and without spaces.
