To know<\/strong>\r\nCommunication templates let you send messages in just a few clicks, when communicating with your prospects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add a template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To go to the template configuration section, click on the CRM icon and then on “Templates”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, choose whether you want to add a template for email or SMS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once in the “Email templates” or “SMS templates” section, click on “Add template”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/strong>\r\nEmail and SMS templates work in a similar way. Email templates just have more options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set up your template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Title<\/strong> : add the subject of the e-mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Type<\/strong> : choose whether you’re writing a “Lead” or “Event” email. The platform will show you the variables related to the type of your communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Text field<\/strong> : write your own template<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Use variables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Variables automate the customization of templates for the prospect you’re communicating with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    So, when the message is sent, the variable text is automatically replaced by the prospect’s information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You will find the variables below the text box:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
