We advise you to use the names of the extensions that make up the group. For example, &#8220;Ring 301 and 101&#8221;.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Internal number:<\/strong> this is the internal number associated with this group. It will ring all lines configured on the group. The number is randomly defined  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Destination:<\/strong> choose a line to be included in the ringtone group  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delay:<\/strong> delay after which the call will ring for this extension. This allows you to set an order for different calls   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, \" segoe=\"\" ui=\"\" roboto=\"\" oxygen-sans=\"\" ubuntu=\"\" cantarell=\"\" neue=\"\" sans-serif=\"\">Timeout :<\/strong><span style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, \" segoe=\"\" ui=\"\" roboto=\"\" oxygen-sans=\"\" ubuntu=\"\" cantarell=\"\" neue=\"\" sans-serif=\"\"> the time this call will ring at this extension (currently set for 30 seconds)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Click on<strong>&#8220;Add<\/strong>&#8221; to add a line and therefore another number to the group.  <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Advanced settings  <\/h2>\n\n<p>You can then configure the advanced settings:  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.kavkom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Parame&#x300;tres-avance&#x301;s-.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Param&#xE8;tres avanc&#xE9;s noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kavkom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Parame&#x300;tres-avance&#x301;s--1024x424.jpg\" alt=\"Advanced settings  \" class=\"wp-image-2904\" style=\"width:768px;height:318px\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tone:<\/strong> choose the sound the caller will hear while waiting for the agents to answer. Enter the e-mail address to which you wish to receive it   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strat\u00e9gie :<\/strong>&nbsp;choisir la fa\u00e7on dont les extensions sonneront\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Simultaneous<\/span>: call rings on all lines simultaneously (default)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Sequence<\/span>: call rings on users one after the other, in order from lowest to highest internal number  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Enterprise<\/span>: call rings on all lines, bypassing busy destinations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Rolling<\/span>: call rings in sequence, passing busy lines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Random<\/span>: like the &#8220;Sequence&#8221; option, but does not follow a predefined order  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, \" segoe=\"\" ui=\"\" roboto=\"\" oxygen-sans=\"\" ubuntu=\"\" cantarell=\"\" neue=\"\" sans-serif=\"\">Number name :<\/strong><span style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, \" segoe=\"\" ui=\"\" roboto=\"\" oxygen-sans=\"\" ubuntu=\"\" cantarell=\"\" neue=\"\" sans-serif=\"\"> enter a prefix to identify the number <\/span> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, \" segoe=\"\" ui=\"\" roboto=\"\" oxygen-sans=\"\" ubuntu=\"\" cantarell=\"\" neue=\"\" sans-serif=\"\">Redirect if no answer:  <\/strong><span style=\"color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, \" segoe=\"\" ui=\"\" roboto=\"\" oxygen-sans=\"\" ubuntu=\"\" cantarell=\"\" neue=\"\" sans-serif=\"\">choose an action if no one answers.
