Modify a line<\/h3>\n\n
Click on the pencil icon to edit the line. <\/p>\n\n
\n- Extension<\/strong>: internal line number. Contact technical support if you wish to change it <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Assign to a user:<\/strong> assign to the person who will use the line (for user management, see the“Manage users<\/a>” article).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Missed call notification:<\/strong> an email will be sent automatically for each missed call. To activate, select “Email” and enter a valid address. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Music on hold:<\/strong> choose an announcement or music to be played when callers are put on hold (to manage personalized announcements, see the“Import personalized announcements<\/a>” article).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Voicemail<\/strong>: activate or deactivate voicemail (for management and customization, see“Voicemail<\/a>“)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Password:<\/strong> view and change line password<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Outgoing number :<\/strong> default number that callers will see when you call<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Number name <\/strong>: to identify the number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Voicemail password <\/strong>: password for voicemail access<\/li>\n\n\n\n
