It’s important to set the country, time zone, sender e-mail address and language of your domain when you create your account.<\/p>\n\n

To access the domain settings :<\/p>\n\n

  1. Go to “Advanced settings <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Then in the “Domain” tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Country<\/h2>\n\n

    This information will mainly be used to apply a default country code.<\/p>\n\n

    Time zone<\/h2>\n\n

    The time zone is used for the correct display of activity timestamps.<\/p>\n\n

    Email<\/h2>\n\n

    The configured e-mail address will be indicated as sender when you send e-mails from this domain and will be used for all users. Enter the e-mail address and click on “Configure SMTP server”. <\/p>\n\n

    Enter your e-mail address in the “Username” field, your password and your supplier’s server information.<\/p>\n\n

    Where can I find SMTP server information?<\/strong>Here’s the SMTP server information for the main providers. If your provider isn’t listed, you can get in touch with your network manager or e-mail provider, who usually have a web page with all the information. You can, for example, search in your favorite search engine for “server smtp + the name of your e-mail provider”. <\/p>\n\n
